Senior Project Manager

Description:

As a Senior Project manager with min. 5 years of work experience in US Health Care Systems (provider, payer, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid) you’ll have the energy and drive to ensure every detail, step, and the stage is completed. Of course, to make this all happen, you’ll communicate with clarity and confidence to lead, inspire and inform stakeholders so they can do their part. When challenges arise, you’ll overcome these by seeking to understand, thinking creatively, communicating, collaborating, negotiating, and escalating when appropriate. Under your leadership, teams will deliver all projects on time, on budget, and within scope, elevating our brand as a Future Friendly solutions provider in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

• Min. 5+ years of project management experience especially in HealthCare (US systems)
• Strong understanding of technology/ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent or Project Management
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Healthcare background and experience managing healthcare projects is a MUST.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
• High EQ, maturity, and good judgment.
• A proven track record of developing highly-impactful, large-scale programs that deliver positive community impact.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong professionalism and grace under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
