Description:
This role is responsible and lead for layout and creation of graphic assets of promotional collateral (print & digital) while maintaining brand standards and adhering to production processes and department workflows.
What you’ll do:
Creative Print Development
- Support and lead creative in flyer (print and digital) development
- Produce concepts and creative for ad hoc print projects as required (print or digital)
- Implement effective design and helping to evolve the story telling and effectiveness of the flyer.
Design & Production of Longo’s Flyer
- Lead creative design and production of Longo’s Flyer from shell to print.
- Work with team to create cohesive concepts and design creative for Longo’s flyer and in-store and online promotions.
- Work cross functionally with in-house (merchandising teams and directors) and external parties (Vendors etc.) to ensure that flyer production meets objectives.
- Lead and support in photography for print and digital (beauty and product shots) and to adhere to photography style guidelines
- Source of integration of design and content from other marketing collateral and vice versa.
- Lead on organization of photography in the DAM for cross functional efficiencies.
Problem Solving, Analysis & Innovation:
- Helps define, create and continually evolve high-quality Guest experience
- Keeps updated with design and digital practices and shares with team members
- Provides recommendations on departmental procedure/best practices in addition to solutions to projects both technical and creative scope
