Description:
As the Senior Product Manager, Connected Suppliers, you’ll be responsible for understanding the unique needs of our supplier customers; owning the connected supplier backlog, managing supplier integrations in our business-to-business product catalog, designing a product recommendation system, and optimizing the commonsku Connected+ Ordering workflow. Your work will ensure that working on commonsku is delightful for our Suppliers, helping them increase their volume and success on the platform.
You’ll work on…
- Understanding Supplier Customers:
- Developing a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and pain points of our connected Suppliers.
- Collaborating with the supplier community to gather feedback and insights to enhance the supplier experience on the commonsku platform.
- Managing Supplier Integrations:
- Overseeing the integration process for new suppliers joining the commonsku network.
- Ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between commonsku and connected suppliers, using our PromoStandards-powered Connected Supplier platform.
- Catalog Expansion:
- Creating and managing the strategy for curating the catalog of connected supplier products to meet the diverse needs of promotional goods distributors.
- Establishing measurement of catalog quality, and working with our supplier partners to improve the quality of product information on commonsku.
- Product Recommendations and Discovery:
- Utilizing data-driven insights and market trends to recommend products for inclusion in distributor projects.
- Working closely with our supplier customers to ensure that their products are the best solution for our Distributors to win projects and grow their business.
- Connected Workflow Optimization:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the connected workflow for commonsku distributors.
- Tracking and interpreting analytics and metrics to understand issues in the connected workflow, and prioritize improvements.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
