As a Senior Paid Media Analyst at McCann, you will leverage your analytical skills to manage and optimize media campaigns across various channels for regional, national and global brands. You will create insightful dashboards, analyze performance data, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Your expertise in media attribution, measurement, and tools like Google Analytics 4 will drive best-in-class results for our clients.
What you will do…
- Demonstrate strategic insight to develop performance plans from client’s stated business objectives, optimize those plans, and achieve key metrics (KPI’s) as defined by the client.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize media spend, uncover media insights, and assess what’s working, what’s not working.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Looker Data Studio.
- Implement campaigns using 3rd party ad server (Campaign Manager).
- Implement and manage media campaigns across all media channels, including in platform on social and search platforms.
- Analytical ability to extract insight/actions from data or research and relate the narrative back to client’s business goals and present it to senior client stakeholders.
- Remain up to date and fluent on the ever-evolving digital landscape and industry trends.
Who you will be…
- 4 - 6 years of digital experience (agency experience preferred).
- Hands on experience in paid search as well as one or more key social platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap.
- Ability to maintain ownership throughout the campaign: Campaign setup, ad creation, QA, pacing/budget management, optimizations.
- Excellent ability in optimizing and managing client digital strategy ensuring business goals are met.
- Instill best practices, processes, methodologies, and frameworks for client team
- Reporting and analytics: ability to craft insights.
- Experience with integrated campaigns and the knowledge of the relationship opportunities between on‐and‐offline media.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Campaign Manager considered a plus.
