Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, the Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Systems will play a key role in shaping our total rewards strategy to ensure we attract, retain, and engage diverse talent while delivering a best-in-class employee value proposition. What you bring:
 

  • Degree in HR/Business or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of senior HR experience in a medium to large-sized organization, with experience in a unionized environment preferred. i
  • Proven leadership abilities, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team.
  • A minimum of 4 years in progressively complex roles related to compensation and pensions.
  • Expertise in managing compensation programs, benefit and pension plans, and HR systems (preferably Workday).
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or other related Human Resources designation(s) preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of pension laws, regulations, and compliance guidelines, ensuring all pension-related activities adhere to current legal and regulatory standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits and pension plan design, job evaluations and HR metrics and reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen, project management experience, and a business-driven approach to HR.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
