Senior Manager

Description:

Reporting to the Vice President, IT, the Senior Manager, IT Applications provides leadership and strategic
direction on project management, business analysis, and application support for our cloud-based
solutions.

You will support the organization by managing IT processes that captures application needs, articulating
system requirements and working with vendors to deliver solutions that enable the business. You will
provide performance monitoring and escalation with our Fundraising application vendor as well as
manage the intake, prioritization, testing and delivery of vendor developed changes to the Right To Play
CRM application.

You will assume responsibility to lead and serve as the main focal point for all user-facing aspects of
fundraising systems at Right To Play, including the primary CRM solution. While the primary focus of this
role and team is the Global Fundraising and the National Offices, the role also includes the management
and support of all other non-OS/Office solutions in place at the organization.
