Description:

As part of the Corporate Marketing Digital Transformation team, the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation Product Owner will support the Lead Product Owner in driving the Voice of the Customer (VoC) business needs based within a particular squad to ensure the Customer Experience (CX) platform provides the right insights to drive accountability across the organization. This role serves as a highly cross functional role that contributes to the Value Stream enablement strategy, vision, by prioritizing business goals to OKRs with actionable results.

Key Accountabilities

  • Be a key member of the team that is accountable for; creating clear user stores, prioritizing features based on Product Increment (PI) planning. that tie to the Digital Customer Leader Objectives, customer feedback and market trends.
  • Ensures that the most important features get implemented first based on the customer/stakeholder needs while keeping an eye on future possibilities.
  • Understands predictive modeling and other quantitative concepts and serves as a resource to target user groups (NPS and Insights, Value Stream Owners, Marketing teams, Business Unit Leaders and Inner and Outer Loop Champions) in interpreting these concepts for business application.
  • Effectively manages the Customer Experience (CX) platform of high complexity using available tools and data systems to identify, test and solve strategic business issues within the company data/reports, troubleshoots when there are inconsistencies and presents findings to upper management.
  • Use the agile scrum methodologies to quickly collect data from multiple sources and make informed decisions about the product’s development process.
  • Seeks out new ideas and approaches to business issues and develops his/her hypotheses independently.
  • Interfaces with other departments to strategically address their needs as they relate to the product. Reviews documentation, interprets rules, and coordinates activities with the CX platform Vendor, marketing, compliance, risk, and information technology.
