Description:

PointClickCare, a leading North American healthcare technology platform, is looking for a Vice President, Emerging Markets to drive the expansion and optimization of four key partnered market teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, this role plays a pivotal part in defining market strategy, retention, growth, and sales execution. The Vice President will lead cross-functional collaboration and drive the pipeline, revenue, and customer success goals within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales framework to drive pipeline growth, bookings, and retention.

• Oversee forecast accuracy, deal progression, and removal of sales barriers.

• Collaborate with VPs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align strategies.

• Define and execute key objectives, including:

  1. Market strategy and business goals

  2. Market structure and effectiveness

  3. Bookings, revenue, ARR targets, and expense management

  4. Integration of Acute, Payer, and LTPAC market objectives

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

• Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales leadership team.

• Represent PointClickCare externally with partners, industry associations, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years’ experience in Senior Care marketplace and/or SaaS Market Leadership.

• Proven expertise in sales management and revenue growth strategies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

• 4-6 years of people management experience (6-10 years preferred).

• Proven record of driving performance and meeting growth targets.

Bonus Skills:
