Description:

The Security Operations tower within the IT Security and Business Resilience (ITS&BR) team in Group Functions Technology (GFT) elevates the segment’s ability to Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover through focused and sustained risk mitigation initiatives.

The Senior IT Project Manager in ITS&BR provides project support for ITS&BR and maturing key audit standard compliance related workstreams assisting our stakeholders ensure their compliance to audit standards and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support for IT Security and Business Resilience (ITS&BR) team to ensure flawless execution of projects.

• Assist in maturing key audit standard compliance related workstreams, ensuring adherence to audit standards and controls.

• Collaborate with relevant parties, such as internal teams and vendors, to coordinate and successfully implement business and technical solutions.

• Manage and coordinate project deliverables in the technology landscape, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

• Produce and manage reports for management and relevant individuals, offering clear insights into the progress and important targets of projects.

• Multitask across multiple projects and work independently, efficiently prioritizing tasks and resources.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and proactive approach, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

• Apply knowledge of information risk management and audit standards to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Apply knowledge of security architecture and controls compliance to maintain the integrity and security of project deliverables.

• Employ basic comprehension of information risk management security principles, concepts, and approaches to encourage optimal approaches.
