What you'll do

• Administer, keep up to date on new features and releases, and identify opportunities for better automation or features on a wide variety of SaaS applications (OKTA, g-suite, slack, JIRA etc.).
• Seize opportunities across the IT Operations & Services teams to eliminate manual work through tooling, integrations, and automation.
• Analyze, suggest, and make improvements to existing processes, as well as implement business processes where none exist.
• Work closely with our business analysts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities via automation.
• Partner and collaborate with all business units to help evaluate hardware and software solutions.
• Design, architect, implement, and maintain systems and solutions for various IT-related topics; including but not limited to staff computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, networking, video conferencing, etc.
