Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT team to develop data pipelines and financial modeling tools
• Write documentation and train relevant teams
• Support key data analyses and strategic projects as directed by management
• Work with IT and finance teams to improve planning and reporting processes
• Analyze data and ensure its integrity and accuracy
• Lead Power BI super-users to standardize global financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or information systems
• CPA or equivalent designation is an asset
• Data science certification is an asset
• 3+ years of experience building financial models and dashboards (Power BI or equivalent)
• 5+ years working with complex data structures and efficient queries
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
• Proficient with data systems (SAP S4 HANA, IBM Planning, SQL, automation)
• Skilled in Power BI modeling, DAX, SQL, Power Query
• Ability to analyze and visualize large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Initiative, attention to detail, and good priority management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, client-focused, and team-oriented
• Bilingual in French and English
