Senior Financial Analyst

Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, Infrastructure, will report into the Manager, FP&A, and work closely with senior leadership and the Infrastructure Value Creation & Asset Management team. The individual will be required to develop a deep understanding of the assets and be responsible for financial and operating analysis, upkeep of operational and valuation models, and investor reporting. This role offers the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of key performance metrics and drivers of the operating projects.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the projects' financial and compliance requirements, and acting as the first point of contact for the Value Creation & Asset Management, Fund Reporting and Financial Reporting teams
• Working with the Value Creation & Asset Management team to manage the operational financial models for the projects and related analysis, including managing valuations
• Responsible for reporting of investment performance against budget and key performance indicators
• Assist with cash flow planning and identify opportunities to maximize investor returns
• Continuous development and streamlining of processes and procedures
• Assist with due diligence and review of potential acquisitions as required
• Ad-hoc analysis on financial and operational results
• Special projects as required
