As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the field marketing strategy for the Canadian market, acting as the key link between Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration for top-tier enterprise accounts.

This role requires strategic planning, excellent communication, and project management skills to collaborate with internal teams and drive marketing initiatives. You will work closely with sales leadership, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a regional field marketing plan tailored to sales priorities, incorporating virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with growth objectives and pipeline acceleration.
  • Identify and implement third-party programs to expand brand awareness and establish Genesys as a thought leader.
  • Drive demand generation strategies through a mix of events, digital campaigns, and targeted content.

Sales & Partner Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing teams to enhance demand generation through channel relationships.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between marketing and sales to optimize pipeline performance.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software/technology field marketing.
  • Strong experience in enterprise account marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven ability to execute successful digital marketing campaigns and events.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and sales cycles for revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and other MarTech tools (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to align marketing with sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
