Role overview
What you’ll do
- Work in conjunction with the AM to help assess the priority of enhancements and bugs.
- Prepare documents related to development, such as code review unit testing design specification if required as per the direction from AM.
- Updating the existing documentation for fixes as appropriate
- Own the enhancement activities, which includes code enhancement unit testing and IQ creation.
- Participate in defect triage meetings
- Interact with project stakeholders including Testing team clients and Migration team
- Communicate with key project stakeholders
- Manage end to end life cycle of Incident Management, which includes assignment of the ticket, updating the ticket work-log on a frequent basis, and collaborating with stakeholders on resolving the issue till the closure.
- Actively participate and contribute in resolving major incidents.
- Ensure to open a Problem ticket to all major incidents identify RCA and provide the permanent resolution of the incident.
- Manage end to end life cycle of Service Request Management such as creation/modification of user creation/ modification of roles etc.
- Identify ticket pattern on a timely basis and ensure to develop KBAs on resolution of repeated tickets
What you bring to the role
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Hands on experience with Drupal CMS
- Experience with PHP
- Experience with Drupal Publishing, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL and HTML
