Senior Digital Product Manager

Description:

• 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise analyzing, designing and improving user experience to drive business outcomes
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent competency in information technology, business management, marketing or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in defining a product vision and roadmap
• Demonstrated expertise in influencing, negotiating with and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in understanding the needs of, and advocating on behalf of, existing and prospective users
• Demonstrated expertise in collecting and using data to make strategic decisions
• Demonstrated expertise in defining, managing and measuring product success
• Demonstrated expertise translating user requirements into work items for engineering, design or data teams
• Demonstrated ability to understand underlying technologies, data and the design of solutions
• Demonstrated ability validating design through user research, such as A/B testing
• Ability to contribute to a Product Management Community or Practice (CoP)
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and concepts, such as product scalability
