Senior Business Systems Analyst

Description:

Canada Life is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join its Global Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Suite, ensuring smooth integration, troubleshooting issues, and providing strategic solutions for enhancing functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Elicit and validate business requirements to support HR technology solutions.
✅ Develop functional requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to enhance system functionalities.
✅ Perform unit and functional testing to ensure quality and accuracy of solutions.
✅ Support employee data mapping and integration processing within SAP SuccessFactors.
✅ Assist in system configuration for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Solutions.
✅ Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all system processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Payroll, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation).
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive resolution.
✔️ Experience in HR system integration and data mapping.
✔️ Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
✔️ Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into business solutions.
✔️ Experience in workforce analytics and reporting (a plus).
✔️ Familiarity with Workforce Management solutions (an asset).
