Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for leveraging your proven track record in both High Ticket B2C and B2B sales to capitalize on cold and warm leads, turning them into lucrative business opportunities.
Including the full sales funnel process of lead generation (external) and qualifying internal leads, nurturing leads and guiding clients throughout the sales process, and converting leads into customers for the benefit of yourself in addition to the business! You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will need to understand the clients' needs, pain points, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to warm leads who have expressed interest in our products/services and booked meetings with the company.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads, providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions. Communicating any further needs with your Customer Success Manager.
- Sales Conversion: Use your expertise to guide leads through the sales process, addressing concerns, and closing deals.
- Cold Outreach: During low warm-lead periods or downtime, conduct targeted cold outreach to generate new business opportunities and keeping the lead pipeline full!
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing until closure.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with your Customer Success Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2C and B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, self-awareness, willingness to improve, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and help support leads to get the best outcome possible.
- Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- High moral values and ethics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Business Development.
- Knowledge of web development & marketing is a huge bonus.
