OpenText’s CIO IT Governance team is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Lead Business Analyst to contribute to the further development of our IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Governance. This role will play a vital role in the second line of defense.
YOU'RE GREAT AT:
- Leading and driving the IT DR strategy for multiple functional areas.
- Conducting business impact assessments, coordinating and tracking planning and testing activities.
- Developing, implementing, and managing new IT DR governance processes.
- Educating others on the merits and benefits of IT DR and BC.
- Possessing various experience and knowledge of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes and tools.
- Assessing, prioritizing, and tracking remediation activities from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating across multiple silos within the organization and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Addressing complex situations and translating them into actionable plans.
WHAT IT TAKES:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or GRC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Internationally recognized certifications such as CBCP, ISO22301 CBCM, EDRP, CRISC, or similar would be advantageous.
