Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual budget and forecasting process; including presentations;
- Recognize opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement and act as a key player in their implementation;
- Identify risks and opportunities arising from the planning exercise;
- Participate in the presentation of monthly financial statements and explain the various variances (e.g. versus Budget);
- Produce various ad hoc or recurring reports to support the business partners and adapt to their needs;
- Develop reports with key performance indicators (KPI) to support strategic analysis;
- Provide direct support to his/her department head and finance team colleagues for ad hoc requests;
- Undertake financial analysis as required by the team or projects, such as M&A analysis.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in FP&A , preferably in an SME, high growth environment
- strong english
- good knowledge of excel
