As a Senior Accommodation Planner for the Ministry of Children and Family Services, you will consult with internal and external clients and stakeholders on their accommodation issues and needs. You will identify gaps and opportunities while working within limited budgets, to make efficient use of government owned and leased space. Based on research and careful analysis, you will develop and recommend innovative accommodation solutions, and will coordinate their implementation in collaboration with our clients and stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate well-honed competencies in the following areas:
Your strong understanding of the policies, guidelines and procedures that provide the framework for accommodations, along with your effective consultation, team-building and project management skills will be critical for your success in this role.
Please
A University Degree in Interior Design or Architecture plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below.
