Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Operate a semi-truck unit which may include rural and city deliveries, city pickups, and spotting of trailers.
  • Prepare trailers for deliveries including cleaning interiors, operating the fuel truck, and fueling reefers.
  • Perform minor mechanical work on trucks, semi-trailers, and reefers when required.
  • Perform trailer inspections and report on condition of equipment.
  • Other duties as required.

You will work closely with other transportation professionals and will demonstrate customer focus by ensuring deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have a grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 6 months of Class 1A semi-truck driving experience.
  • Can pass an in-cab evaluation by a qualified Transportation Supervisor.
