Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products, particularly related to High Value Home Owners products
Strong knowledge of ICBC, experience with private auto products an asset
Ideally working towards CAIB or CIP designation
Once here, you'll:
Engage with clients to determine their insurance needs and provide expert advice to ensure their best insurance coverage and protection.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous service excellence and proactive contact via phone, letter, email and in-person visits where required.
Develop new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross & up selling personal insurance products.
Prepare and present proposals for new business opportunities.
Support clients in the claims process while obtaining and communicating accurate information regarding the claim to the claims department.
Proactively manage and process policy renewals on a timely basis and maintain high levels of client retention.
Employ expertise in the use of software and applications to issue and renew policies and provide professional documentation.
Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers and Commercial Account Executives to provide a holistic customer service experience .
Coordinate ICBC transactions including new plates, transfers, cancellations and endorsements.
Respond to client enquiries within 1-2 hours and outside of typical business hours where necessary.
