Security Solutions Architect

Description:

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Security Solutions Architect for our Federal Government client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
 

• Work with team to develop, architect, provide guidance, and help implement security solutions in

support of our Application Security Program including:
o Security Testing Tools for application development (SCA, SAST, DAST)
o Container Security (scanning, registries, orchestration, deployment)
o Source Code Management (e.g. GitHub)
o CI/CD Pipelines
o Security in the Software Development Lifecycle
o 3rd party library and package security
o Secure Coding
o Security Testing Tools
o DevSecOps and CI/CD
o Container Security
o Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
o Cloud Security (as it relates to Application Security) and Azure

• Support team in providing guidance on processes in support of defect tracking in the software

development lifecycle

• Participate in various informational sessions as needed
• Other activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Cyber Security
• Demonstrated experience working in the field of Application Security or Software Development, Secure
