Description:
The Finance Technology team is embarking on a new journey to build and maintain all the integrations needed to support SAP in all the functions needed in Wayfair Finance for General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable purposes. In-house tools that run the business today will be replaced by SAP Financial Management Software for invoicing, billing, treasury management, accounting, financial close and financial planning & analysis. You will be instrumental to the success of this exciting project.
What You'll Do
- Be part of an atomic team of 5-9 engineers.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between Wayfair systems and our new SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Work on SAP operational and user support, configuration and customization issues.
- Contribute to testing new configurations and workflows, ultimately signing off on their correct implementations.
- Work with developers to design and implement solutions, testing and deployment to production.
- Answer stakeholder questions, driving root cause analysis and resolution of open tickets.
- Participate in defining deliverables in partnership with product management and team leadership.
Who You Are:
- At least 4+ years of experience working as a SAP S4/HANA Finance Functional Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and master data.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- First level support, acting as a liaison between technical and business users who report issues and engineers who can solve them.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
- Experience with creating test strategies and executing migrations from test to stage to prod environments.
- Experience with SAP FI Module is required. Experience with SD and MM modules would be an advantage
