Sap Ariba Consultant

Description:

We are seeking skilled and adaptable Freelancer/ Gig Worker Engineers to join OnDemand (a Movate company). This role is perfect for engineers who thrive in flexible work environments and enjoy tackling diverse challenges.

Experts supporting the SAP ARIBA network will receive inbound tickets from customers via the Directly OnDemand platform for SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

• Claim and respond to tickets from SAP Ariba customers.
• Provide positive service experiences to customers.
• Identify tickets not well suited for Directly OnDemand and reroute to SAP Ariba for needed support.
• Respond to customer tickets efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of relevant engineering experience; freelance or gig work experience is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools; familiarity with coding languages, software, or other engineering applications as needed.

Knowledge and Skills

• Comprehensive mastery of the SAP Ariba product, and SAP requirements and product supported.
• SAP certification preferred
• Need Hands on Experience in SAP Ariba Integration and Management of all SAP Ariba Products
• Knowledge of SAP Latest Versions
• Ability to communicate with Customers via chat through the Directly OnDemand platform.
• Extensive expertise in SAP Ariba, coupled with the knack for articulating technical concepts in clear, accessible language for all users.
• Exceptional customer service acumen honed through extensive experience.
• Comprehensive mastery of the SAP requirements and product supported.
