Quantum World IT is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce LWC Developer with expertise in Service Cloud and Contact Center integration. This role requires strong development skills in Apex, LWC, and integrations, and the ability to work with a remote team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🛠 Salesforce Development
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes for optimal performance.
- Implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for scalable solutions.
- Ensure data security and access control using Salesforce best practices.
🔗 Integration & Service Cloud
- Integrate Salesforce with contact center solutions for seamless communication.
- Develop API-based integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Optimize Service Cloud workflows to enhance customer interactions.
🚀 Technical Implementation & Support
- Work closely with business teams to gather and translate requirements into solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in Salesforce applications.
- Conduct code reviews and follow best practices for high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Technical Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, Async, LWC, Aura Components).
- Service Cloud expertise with contact center integration experience.
- Proficiency in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and Salesforce security best practices.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and front-end development.
✅ Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Omni-Channel, CTI Adapters, and IVR integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein AI, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
