Salesforce & Data Integration Manager

Description:

Quantum is seeking a Salesforce & Data Integration Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and integration of key business tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity between proprietary systems while collaborating with sales, finance, and product teams to enhance efficiency and maintain data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Salesforce Management & Optimization:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce to streamline sales and business development workflows.
• Implement automation workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to improve system efficiency.

📊 Reporting & Data Accuracy:

• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for event promoters, venues, festivals, labels, and artists.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

🔄 System Integration & Collaboration:

• Manage Salesforce integrations with NetSuite and other platforms, ensuring smooth cross-departmental data flow.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to align Salesforce functionalities with business objectives.

💼 Vendor & Account Management:

• Serve as the key contact for Salesforce, NetSuite, and other tool providers.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and optimize system performance.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
✔ Expertise in Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.)
✔ Experience with NetSuite system integration is a strong asset
✔ Understanding of the entertainment industry’s sales process (event promoters, venues, festivals, artists)
✔ Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboard skills
✔ Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
