Description:
- Conducting training needs analysis and determining training content
- Using content provided by marketing to develop and design training materials which address the identified training gaps
- Delivering training content that engages various personality types, posting training online
- Ensuring training room equipment, software, and middleware is operating up to standard
- Partnering with other business units to help deliver their content to sales representatives.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Post-Secondary education is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and project management skills
- Knowledge of sales systems and supporting software (i.e. CRM’s)
- Ability to use online communication platforms to run training sessions (i.e. MS Teams)
- Proficiency in web-based portals and systems (i.e., MS Word, SharePoint, Online training portals)
- Prior experience in office digital imaging products is an asset (i.e. printers, scanners, office equipment)
- French is an asset
