Description:
As a Sales Support Coordinator within the Mobile Advice Business Management & Operations team, you’ll work closely with Regional Directors, Area Sales Managers and Mobile Mortgage Advisors to coordinate new team member onboarding, status changes and resignations while providing daily administrative support to the remote sales team. This role operates within a home office environment with the provision of a CIBC laptop.

How you'll succeed
- Administrative Support - Complete onboarding, termination and status change requests for the Mobile Advice sales team by coordinating technology and system access requirements while communicating with business partners to ensure appropriate access is maintained. Provide administrative, troubleshooting and daily operational support through management of assigned regional shared mailboxes.
- Relationship Building - Contribute to initiatives and projects with the goal to simplify existing processes and support the delivery of enterprise initiatives that impact Mobile Advice. Enhance partner experience by creating and supporting a strong organizational culture through positive, collaborative behaviors resulting in stronger partner and employee engagement.
- Teamwork - Create a cohesive environment by sharing best practices and knowledge within the Sales Support Team to ensure positive experiences through delivering consistent service to all business partners.
