Sales Representative

Description:

STLTH Vape is seeking a motivated Multilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling STLTH products over the phone and email, providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions. This is a fast-paced sales position where meeting sales targets and exceeding quotas is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and sell STLTH products.

• Receive inbound calls and emails from potential customers, providing detailed product information and pricing.

• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center sales environment (preferred).

• Fluent in English. Additional languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Korean are an asset.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle 60+ calls per day efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM tools and MS Suite.

• Detail-oriented with a customer service-driven attitude.
