Description:
We are currently seeking a special individual to be our trailer sales representative and brand ambassador demonstrating the Peerless value proposition of exceptional customer support. Peerless is looking to grow its market share in the province by supporting our dealer network and through direct sales channels by offering trailers for the forestry and heavy haul construction markets.
As this individual will work closely with our engineers and involve technical interactions, the candidate must be able to communicate in a professional and technical environment. The role is a Sales role, therefore good listening, organizational and people skills are a must. It will be important to build trusting relationships with our long-time and new partners. Related industry experience and industry knowledge of commercial trucks and trailers is a requirement.
Territory for this role is the province of British Columbia (excluding Vancouver Island); this can potentially be expanded. With most client and plant correspondence being done electronically, remote work is acceptable, depending on location. Some travel will be required.
