Description:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, the ATV Product Specialist / Sales Representative is responsible of answering our customer’s needs, product sales and after-sales service and support representation.
Accountabilities:
- Captures, records and commits customer orders according to customer needs, agreement and defined service level
- Liaise with the relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment
- Capture, manage and report customer’s requests & claims
- Provide technical support of products to customers
- Always deliver exceptional customer service, contacts, follows-up and closes the loop with customers
- Continuously expand knowledge of powersport track system product line with customers
- Communicate and bring awareness of product sales programs and promotions
- Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and dashboards
- Other related duties
Pre-requisites :
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role;
- Post-secondary diploma related to the job
- Bilingue (80% in english);
- Knowledge of the SAP system or a similar ERP; (Asset)
