Description:
- Hunt and develop new relationships with corporate clients;
- Cultivate and maintain existing client relationships;
- Schedule and lead lunch and learn presentations and one-on-one product demonstrations;
- Troubleshoot existing problems and provide creative solutions to client display and signage needs;
- Identify requirements through client meetings and/or research and observation of client locations;
- Run full cycle sales and project management. Making yourself the one point of contact for all of your clients’ needs;
- Build and present quotations;
- Manage timelines and ensure project teams are working towards deadlines;
- Schedule and manage product delivery and installation;
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- MUST be highly organized and detail oriented;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and/or project management;
- A college diploma or university degree (business, project management, interior design, architecture and/or technology);
- Experience dealing with architects, designers, specifiers, and end users;
- Experience with processes and procedures involved in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and installation teams;
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to handle competing priorities;
- A proven track record of achievement and career growth in sales and/or project management;
- Dynamic presentation skills;
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential;
- Flexible/adaptable attitude with an ability to learn and thrive in a fast paced environment;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word;
- NetSuite or other CRM knowledge is an asset;
- Our ideal candidate will have a background in and/or extensive exposure to commercial interior design.
