Description:
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Operations Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring business and operational success by supporting the revenue team across multiple areas including deal desk, data integrity strategies, and reporting insights.
The things you’ll do:
- Manage customer lifecycle data in Salesforce, including won-opportunity accuracy, renewal opportunities and reporting, and revenue reconciliation with the Finance Team
- Perform database maintenance, including determining root cause for data quality errors and making recommendations for long-term solutions as a part of developing and maintaining our data integrity strategy
- Participate in operational projects across multiple revenue generating organizations, including marketing, sales, business development, enablement, and partners
- Work with Revenue Leaders to develop and maintain Salesforce Dashboards and Reports to create clear insights to their areas of business
- Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager on Sales and Territory Planning
- Triage incoming requests to Revenue Operations from internal teams to ensure that all relevant information to complete the request is included
The things you bring:
- Professional Experience. 1-2 years experience in finance or operations, and/or overall experience in a supporting function within a SaaS organization.
- Knowledge. Finance, Operations, Business, Economics, or similar experience gained through post-secondary education, experience, or a combination that will enable you to be successful in this role.
- Performance Mindset. Enthusiastic about learning new skills and technologies.
- Energy and creativity. Being passionate about finding efficiencies and ongoing operational improvements.
- Tools. CRM experience is required, preferably Salesforce
- Team Player. Strong communicator who is able to build bridges among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and is excited about working with Axonifiers at all levels of the organization.
