Description:
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be the central nervous system of our sales organization, ensuring the seamless execution of the sales opportunity lifecycle. Your role will be crucial in supporting our sales team to deliver optimal client solutions through efficient vendor and distributor coordination, proposal development, and contract management. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales opportunity lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
- Manage quoting and purchasing with vendors and distributors to support sales initiatives.
- Facilitate the creation and delivery of client proposals and responses to RFPs, aligning with client needs and company offerings.
- Oversee routine contract management, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure aligned objectives and streamlined operations.
- Implement and maintain sales operation processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and reports, suggesting improvements to drive sales growth.
