Lead sales activities and develop sales strategies for assigned products in accordance with Company goals and objectives in order to achieve market share growth, and maximize sales revenue and profitability
Develop new business leads and manage existing relationships to achieve sales goals for the assigned accounts;
Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of collateral to support customer needs and the teams’ activities;
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
Represent the company at local and national trade shows, conferences and exhibitions;
Ensure completion of all corporate and administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including budgeting, expense reports and other assignments by established deadlines;
Recruit, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate, and retain talent to achieve goals;
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required. MBA preferred;
At least 4 years’ experience in sales and account relationship management in a scientific-related market;
Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment;
Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills;
Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed;
Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs required.
