As a Sales Executive, you seek out & sign up new business in a creative team environment. You run the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, and then introduce our highly successful operations team to take great care of our new client.
Essential Functions:
Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients
- Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand prospective client requirements and make presentations
- Win new clients by overcoming objections, and preparing appealing proposals
- Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics to make both you and the company successful
- Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information
- Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere
- Other duties as assigned (isn’t that what everyone says!)
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; MS Office skills; knowledge of CRM systems
- Communication, Oral & Written – ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Relationship Building – potential clients buy from people they like, and who are knowledgeable and fair
- Problem Solving – ability to find the prospect’s pain and the skill to guide them to any number of solutions that City Wide offers
