Sales Executive

 

Description:

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will create and close new business and grow existing accounts within a set of assigned accounts.

Using a consultative and strategic approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads and kraft a sales approach and business proposal that align with the client's needs and objectives, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Perform flawless tracking of your files and keep them up to date in our CRM
  • Identify best practices to refine our sales process playbook
  • Relay any information and collaborate with our development and delivery teams to improve our offer and positioning.

 

Your Qualifications and Skills

‪Ideal candidates are versatile and can take responsibility for multiple tasks in an environment where every team member wears multiple hats. We are looking for people with:

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Native/Bilingual proficiency in English
  • Conversational proficiency in French
  • Strong proficiency in sales methodologies (Sprint selling, BANT, MEDPICC)
  • Capacity to travel abroad (Authorized to travel to the US and have a valid passport and travel documents)
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (we use Hubspot)
