Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate outbound leads, identify prospects, and initiate conversations that will drive new business opportunities. If you're excited about sales and passionate about helping us build relationships with potential clients, this is a great opportunity for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate outbound leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on prospect fit and interest.
  • Work closely with the sales team to book meetings and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct research to identify target markets and prospect companies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Assist in the creation of email templates and campaigns to reach new prospects.
  • Continuously learn and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

 

Qualifications:

  • An experienced SDR with 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive attitude.
  • A passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficient with technology, specifically ability to leverage AI, CRMs and Slack.
  • Ideal candidate has experience in oil & gas, renewables, or technology sales.
