We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and contribute to our sales efforts across North America. WHAT YOU´LL DO :
- Identificate and target the potential clients in North America through various channels, including outbound outreach, emails, social media, and other creative approaches.
- Generation of new business opportunities by conducting research, understanding customer needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of Apply Digital’s services.
- Support the sales team by engaging with prospective clients in a consultative manner, building relationships, understanding their pain points, and positioning Apply Digital as a trusted digital transformation partner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, including sales team members and project managers, to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

- Management of the sales pipeline using Hubspot to track progress, update records, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaboration with the sales team to support sales initiatives, including participating in sales meetings, preparing sales materials, and providing feedback on market trends and customer insights.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the digital agency, e-commerce agency, strategic consultancy or digital product studio.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to research, identify, and qualify leads.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software.
- Knowledge of the North American market and experience selling into that region is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
