Description:
- Monitor KPIs to continuously improve SDR performance and maximize productivity without sacrificing quality, using a variety of reports to determine areas of opportunity.
- Facilitate training and mentoring of team members, via appropriate planning and coaching, to ensure the professional development of team members.
- Respond promptly and accurately to queries from SDR team. Consult with internal subject matter experts to obtain information on how best to respond to particularly complex questions/ requests from prospects.
- Manage relationships and collaboration with stakeholders across departments to improve processes and ensure alignment.
- Support Director, Sales Development with SDR-team strengthening activities, such as recruiting and hiring SDR’s, identifying and executing on best practices, and other duties as assigned
- Promote and maintain a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment – both within the Sales Development and across Absorb as a whole.
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to work EST hours
- Minimum 1-year experience in an SDR/BDR or similar role
- Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience
- 1-2 years previous people leadership/ coaching experience, preferably remotely
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Experience in B2B/ SAAS
- Experience using Salesforce and other sales engagement tools (ex. Salesloft/ Outreach)
