Sales Coordinator

Hybrid/Remote: This co-op opportunity is voluntarily in person, remote or hybrid. If you decide remote or hybrid, you will be required to work within the province. Remote work outside of the province will not be a possibility.

 

The Sales Coordinator reports to the Program Manager, Voluntary Benefits and joins a dedicated team who loves collaborating to provide the best client experience.

 

What does the Sales Coordinator do?

  • Handles our team's intake process and activities related to client marketing campaigns

  • Monitors and handles/assigns requests that come into our team inbox

  • Supports campaign planning activities for Voluntary Benefits

  • Manages project plans for our AdminPlus benefits enrolment campaigns

  • Organizes regular team meetings with our team and our partners

  • Supports projects and key initiatives

  • Other general administrative support

 

What makes you the ideal candidate?

  • You're passionate about sales and client experience

  • You have knowledge about group benefits plans and insurance products

  • You have experience collaborating with multiple partners, including account executives, creative designers, marketing specialists and other internal business partners

  • You are experienced with basic functions in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  • You are exceptionally organized and able to prioritize and tackle a variety of different tasks

  • You are talented in your written and verbal communication skills

  • Bonus points! Experience using tools like Wrike, OASIS and CRM
