Description:
Order entry for serialized equipment and follow up on orders, such as: providing shipping
confirmations, asking for revisions, updating ship dates and ensuring the orders ship when
requested;
Back-up order entry for all other customers when needed, which includes the responsibilities
listed above;
Preparing customer reports;
Working with customers’ third party software to view store plans and preparing quotes as
needed;
Supporting the Sales & Marketing team with day to day requirements: replying to e-mails from
customers, researching information, assisting with roll-outs, sending out specification sheets
and sales sheets as needed;
Working with other teams to resolve issues as they arise (shipping, backorders, damages, etc.)
as needed;
Receiving copies of e-mails from Costco as a back-up;
Back up to Account Managers while they travel as needed;
Reading all trip reports and following up on any outstanding issues to ensure they are handled
efficiently to completion and advising Account Managers of the status;
Sending pre-shipping notice emails as needed to warehouses;
Back-up to current Sales Coordinator;
Assisting Senior Vice President on special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Holds a High School Diploma;
Minimum 3 years in an office environment;
Exceptional communication abilities in English (verbal and written);
Functional in French (verbal and written);
Good organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize;
Must be able to work in a strong team oriented environment;
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
