Description:
In the role of Sales Coordinator, On-Premise, working in Toronto, Ontario you will be part of the Sales Enablement Team, a branch of the Commercial Operations Team. T his position will support the Ontario sales team, reporting into the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure the flawless execution of all sales activities in Ontario. They will ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate by maintaining regular communication with cross functional teams, as well as with the Ontario Sales Team leads.
The Responsibilities
- Maintain monthly promotion communications with internal stakeholders and update promo calendar
- Ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete, timely and accurate, working closely with cross functional teams to enable brilliant sales execution
- Support Sales Managers & KAM’s with customer reporting, budget reconciliation and ad-hoc business development and sales tool creation to enable our front line sales team to brilliantly execute
- Create and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Deployment) to enable sustainable brilliant execution
- Support in ad-hoc initiatives such as new channel development/e-commerce
The Other Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in the field of sales or sales operations
- You have at least 2 years experience in sales and/or project management
- You possess strong organization, analytical thought and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Experience working on projects with cross functional teams preferred
- Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment and able to prioritize multiple projects
