We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative who will be working alongside our client TELUS, a leading wireless services provider, and will be responsible for territory relationship management and hunting new businesses to partner with in order to allow TELUS sales representatives to staff.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist for Multifamily Dwelling Units (MDUs) in the Mississauga and Brampton area. As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibility will be to approach building owners and management to schedule events and promote our client's services. Your role will be crucial in expanding our client's customer base and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify Target MDUs: Conduct market research to identify potential MDUs in the Mississauga and Brampton area. Develop a comprehensive database of MDUs, including contact information for building owners and management.
2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads by approaching building owners, property managers, and decision-makers in the identified MDUs. Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to establish relationships and promote our client's services.
3. Schedule and Coordinate Events: Collaborate with building owners and management to schedule and coordinate events aimed at showcasing our client's services. This may include informational presentations, demonstrations, or networking events within the MDU premises.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with building owners, property managers, and other key stakeholders in the MDU industry. Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, concerns, or requests related to our client's services.
5. Sales and Negotiation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's services to potential customers. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to customer acquisition.
