This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find high-quality fashion and performance sunglasses while cultivating brand loyalty and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet sales targets and objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships.

• Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections and offering a unique shopping experience.

• Contribute to a positive store environment and build professional relationships with peers and management.

• Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, organized, and attractive.

• Secure all company assets under your control.

• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Comfortable with new technology and change, with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to self-account for sales results and a drive to meet goals.

• Strong communication skills (oral and written).

• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
