We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join us in our mission to reduce the cost of fresh produce for all of our local communities, as well as northern Indigenous communities. You are someone who enjoys the challenges of building a brand online, leveraging data and analytics, and talking to people directly about our products and mission. We're planting seeds for the future.What you will be doing:Digital & Social Media Marketing:Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.Maintain and update social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.Manage and publish our monthly newsletter Use analytical tools to monitor and optimize digital campaigns and social media engagement.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.SalesEstablish and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and other potential clients; support on distribution runs as needed. Represent Agritech North at rotating farmers markets, ensuring product availability and effective display.Engage with customers, providing information about our hydroponics produce, the benefits of our approach and our social impact Gather feedback from customers to inform product and marketing decisions.Provide regular updates on sales figuresBrand Management:Produce digital assets and promotional materials for online use and farmers markets.Ensure that brand messaging is consistent across all digital channels and in-person interactions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field plus a minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and social media management.You enjoy people and being a brand representative. You are familiar with Northwestern Ontario and how to cater to this audienceProficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms.Flexibility to travel to different farmers market locations as needed.
