Description:
· Present our services and packages to customers, offering advice and guidelines as required.
· Understanding customer needs, providing solutions and support, and resolving any complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Deliver high-quality customer service, nurture relationships, and ensure all aspects of customer interactions are attended to, fostering customer loyalty.
· Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry developments and trends.
· Consistently review and analyze sales performance data, prepare insightful reports, and relay findings to the owner.
· Collaborate closely with the teams for efficient and successful execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to creatively reach more potential customers.
· Monitor and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
· Assist the owner in the recruitment and training of new sales staff to ensure a competent and effective team.
