The Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM) is a brand new role for a fast-growing startup hospitality group specializing in cottage resorts across Canada. The SMM will be responsible for the execution of the sales strategy for the group of cottage resorts, including Hay Bay Resort, (Napanee) Lake St. Peter (Bancroft), and future resorts that are currently under construction or to be acquired.
 

What You Bring:
3-5 years of sales and marketing experience minimum
Understands and is able to analyze market data and be results driven
Strong understanding of marketing (including digital, web analytics)
High level of customer focus and able to problem-solve quickly and effectively
Understands the need to engage all stakeholders to inform and build support for their recommendation
The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with numerous competing priorities and reporting deadlines
Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Sales and/or Marketing educational background is an asset
Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
