Description:
- Assist the management of select product lines.
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective.
- Assess current competitor offerings to identify gaps for future product development.
- Assist Sales and Marketing to implement strategic marketing plans to drive trial of current and new products.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing/Product Managers to support forecasting, ad planning, and promotional activities.
- Assist in coordinating projects across cross-functional teams.
- Assist with developing and implementing social media marketing initiatives.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating contracts and agreements for Key Accounts. Become versed with major customer data link/share systems. Complete listing documents. Own and facilitate all Product Notice processing.
- Analysis of data to assist Sales forecasts and tracking. Gather promotional and market data to be used by Sales & Marketing to use in strategic planning. Provide sales information as requested and required.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and tradeshows.
- Manage GS1 program.
- Collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Sales teams on the development and release of products while balancing resources to ensure the success of the Division.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Websites, and emerging platforms.
- Assist in monitoring sales and profitability vs targets.
